MLS # - There are hundreds of search engines around the web, print media and countless other places you may find real estate listings. They are all the same listings, just shared in different places. If you see an MLS # GA1234567 (all Garrett county properties start with 'GA'), let me know and I can dig up the details, photos, plats, well reports, septic reports, surveys, homeowners association documents, dock permits, vacation rental histories, disclosures...just about anything you need to know about a house or a piece of land - I can find it for you with the MLS # or 'GA #'.
